How does it work?
Before travelling to Lebanon
Teleconsultation appointments will last 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes and will be scheduled in consultation at least 3-4 weeks before the procedure. This allows time to address any chronic conditions with their primary care physician, as well as to handle administrative tasks.
Appointments will take place in a private room, without interruptions, patient photos will be shared and discussed, the procedures discussed and all their questions answered.
After travelling to Lebanon
Our staff speaks several languages (French, English and Arabic), ensuring effective communication throughout your journey.
We help create personalized packages to meet your specific needs, including transport logistics and accommodation. We can assist you in booking a hotel near the clinic or hospital at competitive, preferential rates, and also arrange transportation from the airport to either the clinic or your hotel.
Patients should be present up to 24-48 hours before their procedure for a final in-person consultation, during which consent forms will be signed, pre-operative photos will be taken, and the anesthesia consultation will occur.
Depending on the case, a nasal and anal swab will be prescribed, and a decolonization protocol will be started.
The minimum stay for patients will be set at one week to 10 days post-operative, non-negotiable, with their first appointment scheduled for three to five days post-surgery. The duration may have to be extended depending on the type of surgery.
Dressings will be performed by a nurse from our team at the end of the day. This visit will be compensated with additional fees.
After leaving Lebanon
In any case, a teleconsultation will be conducted at six weeks, and patients will be seen again if possible at six months.
All patients who have undergone a procedure on their body will be anticoagulated for the duration of their travel.
What about pricing?
The medical tourism rate includes teleconsultation, the cost of the procedure, the stay at the hotel, the transport service, and the fees for home nurses. It will be calculated in consultation and communicated back to the patient.
This amount will be paid during the in-person consultation or 72 hours before the procedure via bank transfer.
